The Biomedical Engineers’ Association is a dynamic collaboration of students of Biomedical Engineering and Medical Electronics with faculty members, at College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University. We are a vibrant community with the main objective of overall development of budding biomedical engineers. We conduct guest lectures, workshops, innovative projects and career guidance programs to guide, enlighten and inspire students. We strive to bring out the best in every individual which is evident during our intra and inter college symposiums (Medevolv and Biospectra) organized every year.

             Medevolv, one of the most significant events organized by the Biomedical Engineers of CEG,  is our intra college symposium that aims to bring out students' innovations and ideas. 

              The culmination of the association’s efforts is evident in the national inter-college symposium, Biospectra. Inaugurated in the year 2012, Biospectra has attracted participants every year to take part in paper presentations, quizzes, numerous technical and non-technical events, workshops with innovative topics, and guest lectures by eminent personalities from the Biomedical industry. The highlight of Biospectra is MedExpo, which involves different medical innovations and discoveries showcased to the students by leading industries and startups in the Biomedical field. Project expo, held during Biospectra unveils the innovative works undertaken by the students of the BMEA Club during the academic year.
